Use it to give us all the details! When we create your website on Rentbot, we’ll be able to pull information from your existing website. That means less of your time will be spent gathering information for us to get started.

Also, to ensure you don’t miss out on any bookmarked or search engine traffic, we’ll set up redirects for your old pages to your new site pages free of charge.

Is there a setup fee?

Nope. No way. You’ll never have to pay a setup fee.

Will I have an account representative? How many people will I have to deal with?

Yep. With Rentbot, you’ll have your very own account representative who will act as a single point of contact for all support needs. You won’t have to talk to a million people just to get help.

What is your support turnaround time?

One day. Just 24 hours. Pretty fast, huh? We understand that a response time is important to our clients. So, you’ll hear from us within 1 business day, either by phone or email.

Do you charge per support request?

No way. With Rentbot you have unlimited support as part of your monthly plan. The gang at Rentbot is committed to providing you excellent service. That’s why we’re available via phone or email.

Can I manage my property websites via an admin?

Sure! We love a good do-it-yourself attitude. We offer easy client admin so you can update website text, phone numbers, email addresses, and much more. And if you need help using the admin, we are happy to train you. If you prefer, we can make the change ourselves.

Do you provide floor plan creation services?

Yes, we do. We can work to develop original floor plans for you. Just so you know, most floor plan services are not part of the monthly plan and you might have to pay a little extra. Ask us for details.

Do you provide copywriting services?

Absolutely. You’ll have the services of a whip-smart copywriter to ensure your messaging is targeted and distinctive. And, it’s included as part of your website package.

What is your cost per lead?

It depends. Your cost is affected by the size of the property, location, popularity, website advertising, and time on Rentbot. SEO plays a big role in bringing down the cost per lead, so the longer you are on Rentbot, the greater benefit you will see from search engine traffic.

Do you charge to process card transactions?

Yes, but we’ve kept it as low as possible. For card transactions, there is a 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee applied to each transaction. You also have the option to pass on this cost to renter, in whole or in part, when they make the transaction. Ask us how to do this.

Do you charge for bank draft transactions?

Yes, but they are less than a fancy-schmancy coffee. All bank draft payments are charged $2 per transaction.

What is your refund policy?

Rentbot’s mission is to provide a superior apartment website and experience. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason within the first 90 days, then you may cancel your plan to receive a full refund of any subscription costs. We are unable to refund any one-time costs such as a photo shoot or floor plan work.
